About the host

I'm from Puglia but I fell in love with Florence when I was 16 y.o.
I dediced that I would move here and I did it as soon as I had the possibility to do it. Since then many years have gone by but I've always felt to belong here. My two kids , Sheila and Luca (37, 22), were born here. I've always lived in the town center, in Santa Croce, but then I needed to have more space and green areas around me. This is the perfect place lo live, walk, socialize, go out to restaurants or reach theaters and museum in less then 30 minutes

Why they chose this property
I moved in this neighborhood three years ago and I love it. That's why I decided to buy this tiny apartmend for my son Luca. He is still studying at The University of La Spezia
What makes this property unique
The first time I saw this apartment I decided to buy it. The spaces inside are divided very well and the terrace on top adds charme and comfort
