Welcome to your hilltop retreat—enjoy world-class views of Lake Dillon, the Rocky Mountains, and the marina below.
This 2BR/2BA second-floor condo in Building C is perfectly located within walking distance to downtown Dillon, the Dillon Amphitheater, the marina, and nearby hiking and biking trails.
Keystone Ski Resort is just down the road, and the Summit Stage bus stop across the street offers free access to A-Basin, Copper, Breckenridge, and more. Vail is just a short drive away.
The clubhouse features a heated indoor pool and two large hot tubs—perfect for relaxing after a day of mountain adventure.
Our condo is stocked with amenities and includes a fully equipped kitchen.
• Master bedroom: King bed, en-suite bathroom.
• Second bedroom: Queen bed and bunk bed (twin over twin), en-suite bathroom—ideal for families or groups.
• Bathrooms: Two full baths stocked with towels, toiletries, and a hair dryer.
• Living room: Gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, open layout, and mountain views.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with all essentials.
• Dining: Open to the living area with room for your group.
• Extras: Clubhouse access with pool and hot tubs. Courtyard includes picnic tables, horseshoes, hammock, and access to nearby trails.
Laundry facilities are located onsite for longer stays and larger groups.
This 2BR/2BA unit comfortably sleeps 6 people with 4 beds and 2 full bathrooms.

We pride ourselves on guest service and support. There’s a Welcome Book in the kitchen with helpful information for a smooth stay. We also provide a 24/7 emergency contact (info in the Welcome Book).
Please note:
• This unit is on the second floor. There is no elevator—one flight of stairs to reach the condo.
• Two HOA-issued parking passes are provided in the Welcome Book. A $150 fee will apply if they are not returned after your stay.
• Camper trailers and oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated onsite.

PARKING:
*IMPORTANT*- The H.O.A. will tow any vehicle without a parking pass. There are two parking passes in the front of the "Welcome Book". Make sure passes are in your vehicles at all times during your stay. $150 replacement cost from the H.O.A. for parking passes not return to the front of “Welcome Book”.
CLUBHOUSE:
Key Card is located in the front of the “Welcome Book”. The hot tubs and salt water pool are in the Clubhouse, across from this building. Pool towels can be found in the bedroom closets. Hours are from 10am-9pm daily. Key Card must be return to the “Welcome Book” at check-out to avoid additional replacement costs.
SKI LOCKER:
Key is the same as the front door key in the lock box and the ski locker is located across from the front door.
FIREPLACE:
There is a timer to the right of the fireplace. Do not adjust gas this will turn the pilot off. If pilot needs to be relit email us right away. We will be right out to relit the pilot during normal business hours. For emergencies ONLY, gas turn off is a valve located on the porch behind the fireplace.
CABLE TV & STREAMING
The TV has Xfinity Cable TV. If you login to Amazon, Netflix or other streaming services on the smart TV, be sure you log out when checking out.
WASHER & DRYER
There is coin operated laundry room located onsite under this building. Hours are 9am – 9pm everyday (there is no coin machine so come prepared). For detergent you will need to buy your own.
COOL AIR:
There is NO air conditioning in this home. Open the windows to create a cross breeze of cool mountain air. There is a portable fan in each bedroom closet.
THERMOSTATS:
There are 3 thermostats in this home that control baseboard heaters. One in each bedroom and one for the kitchen and living room. Do not leave any clothing or furniture touching baseboards as this is a fire hazard. When checking out please turn thermostats to 60 degrees.
TALKING TRASH:
You are provided with trash bags under the kitchen sink. When kitchen trash is full, please take bagged trash out to the dumpster (right side when walking out of this building towards East La Bonte St.) during your stay.
LIGHT BULBS & BATTERIES:
If a light or remote dies during your stay, extra light bulbs and batteries can be found above the refrigerator. If any hard-to-reach ceiling bulbs need to be changed, contact us. Let us know if you need it done during your stay or after you check out.
ELECTRICAL PANEL:
Electrical box is located next to the fridge in the kitchen should a breaker trip.
EMERGENCIES:
There is a FIRE EXTINGUISHER and FIRST AID KIT under the kitchen sink.

We had a great stay at your condo in Dillon! The location was perfect and can’t be beat. We enjoyed walking to the amphitheater for concerts, and all the restaurants close by. And certainly enjoyed the tiki hut at the marina overlooking the reservoir. The view from the balcony was also enjoyed. The condo was nicely updated and had everything we need.

This condo combined the old rustic Colorado vibe, with a nice update. Loved the location, old stone, and floorplan of our rental. Had the pool and laundry just a few steps away from our front door. Carpet and couches were new, and we really enjoyed the sitting area. The unit even had a nice steam shower. The mattresses and bedding could have been more comfortable, but that is only improvement that I could suggest.

We had a great little getaway at this condo! We had two couples stay and the space worked out perfectly, I think one more couple would have also fit fine. We came here in February for skiing at Keystone, it is a short and easy drive from the condo. There is also lots of shopping and dining nearby. The fireplace was very cozy, the kitchen was a good size and well-stocked as well.
We didn't get a chance to utilize the pool and hot tub, but we did go into the clubhouse and it looked nice, and the condo is about as short of a walk from the clubhouse as you can have which it would be ideal during winter conditions!
The views from the condo are great, I think they would be even more beautiful during the summer. There is a walking path easily accessible from the condo along the lake as well. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling to Colorado any time of year!

Terrific place to stay for those who might want to visit several ski locations
My son and I stayed at C204 in Lake Cliffe this past weekend. The condo is about 6 miles from Keystone, 12 miles from Breckenridge and Copper Mountain. The condo is quite large with beautiful lake and mountain views. There are 2 master suites which makes it a good place for 2 couples or a family of 4 (possible more if the sofa is a pullout, not sure about this). I felt the condo was well equipped even though we ate out at a couple of good restaurants within walking distance. As great as this place was for out ski trip, I can only imagine how nice it would be in the summer ad this is a very beautiful area. The heated pool and hot tubs are located directly across from this unit. I found the property manager Katie a pleasure to deal with and if we are lucky enough to plan a second version of this trip I would definitely book Lake Cliffe C204 again.

This condo was perfect for our get away. We had our family of three and a second couple and we had adequate space and privacy. The kitchen was perfectly appointed and we cooked several lovely meals in. The grill was also used and we made consistent use of the fireplace.
We skied at Keystone and found the commute easy and like being far enough away from the crowds to feel like we were on the true get-away.
totally enjoyed our stay...accommodations are excellent, view spectacular and loved being in the center of all the places we traveled...from RMN Park to Vail and all in between...excellent golf at Keystone...loved the restaurants in walking distance... WE will be BACK
Location was great (10 minutes from Keystone and 25 from Breckinridge). Restaurants, grocery store, etc. all minutes away.
The property was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. Was glad we found this property!

This is a great place for 4 adults. The location makes for easy access to resorts and some of the shopping. Having a lockable storage locker was a plus.
This was the perfect spot for our family to stay while skiing in Breckenridge. It was close to everything we needed and really quiet plus a beautiful view.
They provided all that we needed.
