The apartment has been recently updated with all new furniture, appliances, and interior finishes. Decor was chosen with an eye towards vintage nostalgia.

Our favorite item is the 1950s jukebox loaded with old classics. It's relaxing to watch the old mechanism hum to life and crank out hit after hit like we just elected Eisenhower.

The neighborhood is quiet and the apartment is reasonably spacious for a one-bedroom. You should have everything you need for a short or long-term stay!

The rental was spotless and very comfortable, making it easy to settle right in. Even when things (i.e. scissors) were missing from the kitchen, the host was friendly and communicative, and quickly ordered supplies for us the next day! Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience—I’d happily stay again!

Lovely location, excellent communication with owners and they were very accommodating with adjustment to my schedule, and the unit is very clean. Much more relaxing than a hotel room. Location has easy access to the freeway. Plan on staying here again when I am in the area visiting family and friends.

Exactly as described and easy to find. The bed was comfortable and the area was quiet. Nice neighbors. The area seems to be going through some changes but I felt completely safe. The juke box is a wonderful amenity. Thanks for a comfortable spot for a cross country long weekend.

The house is very cute, this is one of the best vrbo we have stayed at.

The house was very well stocked. We came to visit our son who lives close by. This was perfect for us! If we come again we will be sure to book with jen! We are from new mexico. Thank you very much.

Incredibly quiet neighborhood. I seriously only heard one car. Comfy bed with plenty of pillows. Lots of very thoughtful amenities.

Perfect Place

Jenni and Clinton’s place was perfect for my trip for work in Tacoma. It was exceptionally clean, well kept and furnished. You could readily tell the care and pride that went into the home. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and conveniently located for I-5 access. I’ve already booked my next trip here.

Such a great space!!

The overall space was very nice and in a convenient location in the city. The host was lovely and made the check in process very smooth. Any questions we did have were answered quickly and the house rules were very clear and helpful. I would definitely stay here again as we do this trip quite often. They really thought of everything!!

Simple and easy

Everything was wonderful, I enjoyed my stay! They provide some helpful items like toothbrush/toothpaste, makeup towels, coffee and creamer and snacks which was a nice touch. Everything was clean and comfortable! They charge minimal fees and the whole process was easy.
