The room was as pictured. After booking my non-refundable stay with Big Fish Rentals I was asked to sign a five-page rental agreement. There were discrepancies with towels on agreement that mentioned & was told to use the email as addendum. No hair dryer as stated in listening. Upon arrival there was a black box with a sticker that said if you see me text this number. After a bit & no response response, I reached out to Julie only to find out it is at ozone machine. I told her the room smelled funny & after googling, learned that the property should have been aired out after using machine which it wasn't. Received a phone call the next day and they wanted to know if they could come into the property to pick up the machine when we weren't there and I told them no. It was picked up not long after. Mon we were told water was going to be turned off, due to boiler replacement on Tue 8-6. Had to find something to do for the entire day. I said I find it hard to believe you didn't know ahead of time they were replacing the boiler in the building. It happened again on Friday they had to fix something & were turning off water at 8am. After conveying my frustration to Julie multiple times & request on compensation for these issues she said she would send it to the team for review. Their compensation was a late checkout for Fri. I said they were turning off the water at 8a.m on Friday what good would that do anyone? Response was it was out of their control. Never again.
