This was nice for a short getaway in the woods. Bonus points for allowing us to bring our dog. It was our first time "glamping". The place is clean, remote and exactly how it was described. It was just not our thing.

The little black A frame

Looks exactly how it does in the pictures. So cozy and perfect for a little get away. Far away from everything but also close enough to a town if anything is needed! Definitely will be back!

Cabin was cozy and great, I wouldn’t really say pet friendly, pets are aloud but 500 fee if they happen to jump on furniture due to allergies of other guest, maybe just list as not pet friendly instead. We even left our dog behind due to the strict pet rules. Other than that stay was great cabin was nice.

Overall we had a great stay! The hut and fireplace are very cute and well made!Unfortunately, only when we arrived, did we find out that our rain barrel has a malfunction and we could only get water from the nearby creek (which isn’t ideal for showering and etc.).The location is beautiful but take into consideration that the closest supermarket is 30 min away.I recommend getting new pillows

Very cute. Very clean. Very quiet. Host was great and super understanding when we had to cut out trip short last minute and refunded us with very little penalty. Incinerator toilet could be stinky outside at times as it exhausts to the side of the cabin. Overall, great little spot for a quick getaway.

This cabin was very cozy, clean, and inviting. We stayed during the winter, and the two fireplaces were a great touch and really helped keep the space warm.When we arrived, a few fuses blew, which left some outlets—and the TV—without power. I messaged the owner but didn’t hear back. The next morning, I was able to locate the fuse box myself, but it might be helpful to note its location in the instructions for future guests.For planning purposes, it would also be helpful to receive check-in instructions earlier than 9 a.m. on the day of arrival. Having that information sooner would have made it easier to plan hikes and activities. The hiking directions could also use a bit more clarity—we weren’t able to find the hidden waterfall despite hiking regularly in all weather conditions.One small maintenance note: the bed frame was a bit wobbly and may need tightening, though the mattress itself was very comfortable.Overall, we had a lovely stay. The area is beautiful, the cabin is warm and welcoming, and the amenities—such as the fridge, kettle, toaster, and other thoughtful items—were very convenient. The toilet was also easy to use. I’d love to come back in the summer to experience the area then. Thank you!
