🖤NOISE MONITORS

- No parties or events allowed.

- The noise monitors (located in the living room and back deck area) do not record any conversations. It only monitors decibel levels for excessive noise that may interfere with the allowed noise level in the neighborhood.

🖤SECURITY CAMERAS

- For added security and peace of mind, we have installed two security cameras on the premises—one in the front and one in the back of the house. These cameras are positioned solely for security purposes and are not placed in private areas or inside the house; they are only in common areas. Please rest assured that the cameras are intended to safeguard the property when it is unoccupied and are not intended to monitor our guests' activities during their stay. Your privacy and comfort are of the utmost importance to us.

You can enter our home securely via a keypad, eliminating concerns about flight or travel delays, or arriving later than expected for check-in. However, please keep us informed of any changes to your arrival time. You and your guests will enjoy full access to the entire house, with the exception of locked areas such as the owner’s pantry and storage room on the first loor, the owner’s closet in the Master bedroom and attic.

- Please provide us with all car and guests information at least 5 days prior to the rental date. We will be sending you a registration link after the booking. Kindly note that no refunds will be issued for registrations submitted after the deadline. A late registration fee of $100 will be incurred for registrations made less than three days before the scheduled arrival date, as mandated by the community. Please be aware that same-day registrations are not permitted (cut-off time is 11:59 PM the day before arrival).

- For stays exceeding 28 days, you'll need to complete a lease agreement and provide a copy of an ID. Only individuals listed on the lease agreement and community forms are permitted at the property.

- Details regarding registration forms and lease agreements will be sent to you within 24 hours of providing your email address.

- Please be aware: A guest pass is required for entry into the gated community. The rental center will issue the guest pass, equipped with a QR code granting access to all community amenities, once all drivers provide valid, unexpired driver's licenses and vehicle registrations.

- To access any public amenities, guests must present QR codes obtained upon registration at the rental office located at 906 Route 940, Suite #101, Pocono Lake, PA 18347.

- Please be advised that no parties or smoking are permitted on the premises

- You must be 21 years old and above to book

- Please note that due to severe allergies of the host, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate pets, including service animals, in our house. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Quiet hours start Sundays – Thursdays at 9 pm and 10 pm on Fridays and Saturdays
Occupants/Renters may be cited and fined for creating a disturbance or for violating local and community short-term rental rules
It is unlawful for any person to maliciously and willfully disturb the peace of any neighborhood, person, or family by loud or unusual noises or by tumultuous and offensive conduct, public indecency, threatening, traducing, quarreling, challenging to a fight or fighting.
Failure to conform to the parking and occupancy requirements of the structure is a violation of local and community short term rules and renters may be fined.
Fireworks are strictly prohibited within the Arrowhead Lake Community, and a zero-tolerance policy is enforced. Guests found violating this rule will be subject to a $500 fine.
