A very professional host makes this property an easy choice. Great communication. Well appointed unit. Very comfortable.Kitchen was modern and well equipped. Nice amenities for convenience like kuerig maker with pods already there.Good location with less than a mile walk to downtown or a quick, cheap Uber.Book it!

Arrived at 11:30pm. Had difficulty locating the property simply because we could not see very well and were unfamiliar with the area. Once we located it, it was very easy to access and the host communicated very well, even that late at night. The unit is on the 2nd floor. Very clean and comfortable . It would’ve been nice to have a luggage rack or somewhere to open the suitcase besides the floor. Overall I would definitely stay again.

Stunning, beautiful property well with walking distance to Downtown! All amenities were within reach, Uber had no troubles finding us. Bus rides to town were just steps away!!! Felt completely safe walking at any hour through quiet neighbors. So close to the bike paths that kept us busy every day.Some road noise was the only mild complaint. Giant trees kept us cool, but blocked most views.

Great space, comfortable rooms. The kitchen has all you need to cook, the water pressure and hot water were always there. Plenty of towels, covers, and comfy pillows. Will use next time in AK.

Excellent stay! We thought there would be a full size couch per the online photo. So sleeping the 3rd adult in our party was a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything was perfect. We enjoyed the location, coffee, great shower, and the view of the fall foliage.

We stayed in one of the upper units of this quad-plex. An older neighborhood but recent renovations along with modern and tasteful furniture and decor makes for a pleasant stay.There is significant road noise from the 3-lane road a stones throw from the property, but sleeping with the windows closed resulted in pretty good sleep. Not so good the first night with windows open. The unit was super clean and no smell or allergy reactions from animals/pets.Good location, easy walk downtown (1.1'ish mile) to great restaurants, shopping, bars, museum, & the ULU factory!!

Property clean and convenient just as listed. Must be able to carry bags up one flight of stairs. No AC so you will want to have windows opened to keep the place. Cool. There is outside noise from roadway, but not busy at night. Hosts were easy to work with and very responsive. Great day overall.
