Find your perfect cape escape in this newly reconstructed home in Seacoast Shores Community. This property has water views and comfortably sleeps 8 with over 1200 SF of luxurious living space plus additional finished attic space.

Bring your kayaks and paddleboards! This location is a vacationer’s dream, with the closest right of way just steps away at the end of the road. Paddle through Eel River, and cross over to Washburn Island for some fun in the sun. Enjoy boat watching on private Bayside Beach, located just around the corner. The calm waters are ideal for the whole family to enjoy the breathtaking views. Public beaches are just a quick drive away if you’re looking to enjoy larger beaches in your time here. Have a boat? The closest public boat launch is just a few streets away.
After a day at the beach head back home and rinse off in the refreshing outdoor shower.

Seacoast Shores is a friendly community situated on a beautiful 2-mile peninsula. Quiet roads make this neighborhood a great spot for peaceful walks or bike rides. Close to entertainment and shops; enjoy ice cream at Smitty’s (2.5 miles away), relax at the Cape Cod Winery (3.5 miles away), dine, shop or catch a movie at Mashpee Commons (5 miles away), or hop on the Ferry for a trip to Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket (6 miles away). There is also a plethora of shops and restaurants to choose from in Falmouth, including waterfront restaurants with breathtaking views.

Inside this newly reconstructed home is a beautiful open concept living area with a fully equipped kitchen, mounted smart TV, and custom built in office desk. Step through the sliding door and access an exquisite outdoor entertaining space with grill and outdoor furniture available.

Primary bedroom offers a queen bed, wall mounted smart TV and ensuite with designer bath tiles. The second bedroom has water views and a full bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed and custom built-in shelving. A shared bath is available on the main living level. Finished attic space offers an additional living area, including a separate sitting area with mounted smart TV and sleeping space outfitted with two twin beds. Convenient laundry is available on the main living level. All linens, pillows, and blankets are provided.

Loved everything being brand new. Perfect backyard for our family. Perfect house for our 7 guests. Kids loved the loft and made it their own play space. Great location as it’s equally close to Mashpee Commons and Main Street Falmouth. The little beach less than a half mile away was awesome and ideal for kids with calm waters and space for them to play. This house will not disappoint.

Wonderful house for 6/8 people

We loved our stay here. The house is well appointed, nice backyard, very comfortable. The location was excellent with a lovely little private beach near by - ideal for little children. There is an attic with two additional beds. Our grandchildren aged 5 and 7 enjoyed sleeping up there. (However, it is accessed by a steep ladder, which might be difficult for older people to ascend and descend.)

Fantastic Falmouth Stay

The house was beautiful and the neighborhood was very quiet - great for walking. Everything was spotless! There were 4 of us and only one 3 seater couch on the main level which left one person sitting at a dining room chair - a very small inconvenience. The property manager was very quick to communicate with me and the house rules were extremely reasonable. I would definitely say here again!

Excellent location and pleasant host!

This was our family’s first trip to Cape Cod. The house is absolutely stunning and a few minutes walk to a private beach. It was a perfect stay. The host was very easy to communicate with. The house was impeccable and the outdoor shower was a huge hit with the kids. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and only hope to stay again next year!

Excellent Cape vacation

This house was perfect for my extended family for the week. My husband and I were there, along with two teens, a child, and two grandparents. The house has been newly renovated, and it was done beautifully. The kitchen/dining/living area was a bit small for all of us to gather together at once in the evening. The showers were great, with good water pressure and enough hot water for everyone. The attic space was great for my kids, but I think it should be noted that this is definitely not an adult space. Anyone over 5 feet tall will need to duck, and the only access to this space is via a ladder. Not great for older adults, or little kids. The area around the house was quiet and safe, and the little community beach was in walking distance. I do wish the house came with the necessary beach items like chairs/umbrellas/sand toys, but we made do with just the pool towels we brought. I would recommend this house!
