The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals with ease, while the dining area provides a cozy spot to share them. The living room is well-furnished with comfortable seating and a fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. A half bath and a washer and dryer are also conveniently located on this floor.

Step outside onto the main floor deck and soak in the panoramic mountain views from the inviting hot tub. It's the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty.

The top floor offers a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a spacious bathroom featuring a relaxing Jacuzzi tub. A private deck allows you to enjoy a cup of coffee or a drink while taking in the fresh mountain air.

The lower floor provides a haven for larger groups or families. This bedroom features two king-size beds, a twin daybed, and a trundle bed, along with a kitchenette for preparing light meals and snacks. A private bathroom ensures everyone's comfort. - Well-trained, housebroken pets are welcome. Dogs only. Must be over the age of 18 months and vaccinated. Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless crated, there is a crate available for use. $35 per dog, per night. Dogs only, no cats due to the owner's severe cat allergies. Due to insurance policy breeds with a bite history may not stay at the property. No dogs with a personal bite history are permitted. This is an insurance limitation and not negotiable. When booking please message with the dog's age, vaccination status, and breed.

Please note that we do not provide baby gates and do not allow them to be pressure-mounted due to damage to tongue and groove.

NOTE: Government ID required to be sent when rental agreement is signed for booking to be accepted. Primary renter must be age 25 or older, and must remain on site for the reservation term.
