Very clean house. Seamless Check-in. Great communication with the owner. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Good location in town. We were happy to have found this rental house and look forward to a return visit next year.

It was perfect for a very last-minute booking. The listing title “Upstate New York winery. Skiing. Casino. Fingerlake winery” is a bit misleading. Yes- wineries the casino and Finger Lakes are in the general area and this property is in a quiet little neighborhood less than 2 miles from Elmira College- perfect for parent drop-off weekend.The rental felt like it was a brand new renovation & a new listing. Good-sized kitchen with brand new appliances (dishwasher was not yet hooked up). The cafe table in the kitchen has seats for only 3 people.The host was very accessible & responsive when I reached out about connecting to the wifi. My only critique is that people with any chemical sensitivity should know that there are air-freshener plug-ins that are overpowering upon first entrance.
