This is the 5th home that I've restored over the past 20 years. Its something that I love to do. My other projects have been my business (local funeral home) and apartment buildings. This home is too beautiful to 'break up' into apartments, so it has become a guest home. Check it out!
Kevin or Eileen McInerny purchased this house in 2009
This home is directly across the street from where I live. When it became available I bought it and the restoration started! All of my homes are within a block of where I live and work.
From the front and back porches on the outside to the front and back staircases on the inside, this is a truly wonderful home for gatherings. With ample space on the inside, along with a great kitchen, it's a special place.
What a lovely restored Victorian in Elmira. Convenient to eveything. Eight of us spent three nights here for a conference in nearby Corning, and couldn't have been happier with our choice. We especially liked having dinner ogether on the screened in back porch. The house is spacious, spotless and comfortable. Eileen and Kevin were gracious and accomodating hosts. Would love to come back someday..
