Come and enjoy this spacious ground floor unit with it's oversize17 x 30 partially covered patio that connects the master bedroom and the living room with beautiful views of the grounds and the pool. The living room is furnished comfortably and has a large TV and direct access to the patio, pool and beach boardwalk. The master bedroom has a king bed and a television. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have queen beds. The complex offers free wireless internet, and 2 pools, one of which is heated during the winter months.

Communication was excellent during our stay. Shawn and his mom were very prompt at responding if we had a question. The condo was accessible to everything, the beach was within walking distance. Overall the condo was great for our needs and we'd stay there again!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was in a good location, easy to get to the beach and pool. It was a good size for us and nice. Had one occasion to speak with property management and they were good. Dryer gave some problems, but I think they were going to fix it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ocean Villas is the go to community for our family vacations over the past 40 plus years. 61 is a lovely condo. This condo was clean, the furniture was well maintained, the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is lovely, although we didn't cook much. The bathrooms could use a little refresh but were fine. A highlight is the it is steps from the walkway to the pool and the beach. We highly recommend it.

I will rent this unit again, but would encourage the owners to replace the kitchen floor ASAP.
