Beautiful property and a lovely community. Quiet and peaceful, very family friendly. Would stay here again a million times. Love that it’s on a a small quiet lake with the option of a more populated larger lake right down the way!

The home was very clean. The Kitchen had almost everything we needed We enjoyed the house very much and would definitely rent it again Beds were very comfortableThe view of the lake was very relaxing. Golf was so close that we played several times. Perfect getaway for a couple or small family.

Beautiful place all the little things. Driveway to park in. Easy internet and all the tv apps Used the oven to cook in very comfortable very clean Beautiful deck on really pretty lake and just flawless system check in check out. I messaged host who got right back to me use to my friends great place to have people over I hope I get to stay there next year

We had the perfect stay for four girlfriends in town for a wedding at Bay Pointe! The house was clean, comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The lake is beautiful, and the beach area was so nice. We had nice weather and were able to spend an afternoon floating and enjoying the lake—definitely a highlight of our stay!The location was perfect for the wedding venue and made getting back and forth so easy. We didn’t golf, but the beautiful golf course is literally a minute away from the house.We highly recommend this home for anyone coming to the area for a wedding, event, or just a relaxing getaway. We would absolutely stay here again!

This was our 2nd stay here. We were very happy with the added features. The lake area is great. Grassy area and a sandy beach area to play. Plenty of beach chairs. A paddle boat and kayaks. Nice long dock to fish from and a bon fire pit to end the night. We watched a family of deer frolicking in the water across the lake early in the mornings. We also saw an Eagle soar above the lake. Overall we had a great vacation. The house and property are wonderful, very well kept. Thanks Mike we had a great time.

This house is situated on a pretty part of the lake. We loved sitting out on the deck and enjoying the breeze, so peaceful! Plenty of seating in and out. There's only one bathroom, but the toilet is in a separate water closet next to it and that works fine. Comfy beds and huge closets with plenty of hangers. The living room is big and there's great views of the lake due to lots of windows. Super nice neighbors on both sides of the house! Easy access to lots of food options. Mike's a great host, go check it out for yourself!

Loved staying at the cottage on the lake. It’s exactly as the photos, quiet and lovely. The beach looks sandy and wonderful, it’s too chilly for swimming but looks nice. Beds are comfortable, couches make quickly into beds that are firm yet comfortable. Not far into town for groceries at the cutest store (Hardings) with excellent service, good selection. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!

We came for a mother daughter weekend getaway and it was a perfect location. Lake was nice and peaceful and we enjoyed the deck and fire pit. Didn’t get a chance to use the kayaks but would’ve if the weather wasn’t so windy. We had a fantastic dinner at Bay Pointe Bar and Grille as well as Azul Agave. Visited Holland which was only about an hour drive as well as stopped at checked out the outlet mall in Grand Rapids. Host was very easy to communicate with and check in and out were seamless.

We had a great stay and the property worked well for what we needed. When we first arrived, the water ran brown briefly when turned on, and we did notice some ants in one of the bedrooms—both of which may have been related to the storm in the area at the time. Cleanliness was overall good, though we found some pet hair on the floors and a bit of dust/cobwebs on the furniture, which is why we rated it a 4. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and overall we had a positive experience.

Week Escape on the Lake

This was a great property and fit our needs for a week long getaway on the lake. But also close to Grand Rapids for work and activities. Mike was very accommodating and will to help immediately with any questions.

We had a lovely stay here. The house was clean and large enough for our family of 5. The kids had so much fun in the lake and it was a great view to enjoy every day.Everything we needed was provided which was the cherry on top. We were traveling from the East Coast - last thing we needed was to travel with linens or other necessities.

Awesome Vacation Spot!!!

The house is beautiful and the huge windows gave us such a great view of the lake! The beach is literally in the back yard. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely recommend, especially for lake lovers! Check in was very easy and the email I received had all the information that we needed for our stay so it wasn't necessary to even have to call and bother our host. We greatly appreciate our host for everything
