An awesome cottage on active Gun Lake. Owner accommodated our needs last minute and everything turned out great. Rented a used pontoon from owner for couple days for all to enjoy. Note: although a dishwasher was listed there is not one in cottage. We had a large group and all had a fun time! Family loved the swimming area in front of cottage.

Was everything that i read it was, except there was no cloths dryer, had a washer only. Being on a lake, u would think there would be one. Had the spot for it, but wasnt there. With that said we really had no need for it, just a heads up for other guests. Nice lake area and swimming spot, good for littles.

I set out wanting to come back each summer so I decided to buy our first property on the lake and expanded to buying more properties so my friends and family could visit often! I wanted to open up our properties for other people to enjoy when we were not using them so I created Vista Gun Lake Rentals for other people to enjoy the cottages and the lake!

Gun Lake is known for its clear waters and stunning sunsets and is the centerpiece of this great little town. Right in the heart of Michigan, just a short drive from Grand Rapids, this lakeside view is the perfect backdrop for your next vacation!

We have 3 properties right next to each other and another 2 right next to each other a few houses down! Our properties are the perfect location for family reunions, big family vacation spots, and even for small groups that may just need a nice vacation spot!
