I enjoyed my stay at the bank in Rocky Top. Thr apartment is equipped with everything you're going to need. Kitchen is very spacious. I love the picnic table. The place is in a good area. Just be aware there is a atv park down the road and the street gets kinda noisy at all hours of the day/night. If I'm ever back in this area. I would definitely stay here again.

A mix of old and new

To take a historic building (a bank) and turn it into a modern day Vrbo is impressive. But incorporating pictures and pieces from the past into the decor was unexpected and amazing. The location is perfect (center of town). It is within walking distance of most restaurants and places you will want to explore. Not only would I recommend staying here, but I look forward to returning later this year.

Thank you, Shawn, for your kind words. Yes, this project was a big one. It demanded time, ambition, and a great deal of due diligence. It challenged me on every level, but seeing it come to life and words like yours has made every effort worth it. I'm truly proud of the result. But with all the great support I got from my family and friends, my contractor(s) and the team around me, we got it done! Thank you again and I look forward for you to see the old bank safe when you come back. It is almost done!

Pro#1-Nadja is the owner/host you want! Communication top tier! Pro#2-The unit is soo unique and welcoming as you walk through the bank door. Pro#3-This location is safe (police station right around the corner). Unit is only a few mins off the highway and downtown is about 30 mins away. Pro#4-Unit is spotless and has every thing you need for 24hrs to long term. Shower water presser is even great!-Pro#5-Dollar general Family dollar are both close if you forgot anything Walmart is maybe 15 mins away. I cant not thank Nadja enough for saving the day and making our stay so great! will stay again-BOOK THIS UNIT.
