Vacation Cottage, beachy vibe, home away from home

Furnished detached mother-in-law studio with vaulted ceilings and separate "kitchen" area giving it more of a house like feeling on a very friendly, quiet street. Located in Clearwater a few streets from the Dunedin border, 2 blocks from Pinellas Trail, and about a mile from downtown Dunedin, Dunedin Library, & Blue Jays stadium. Bus stops, groceries & activities all in close proximity. The house has its own entrance to the shared yard, which includes a carport, outside dining tables & patio.

*The studio has tons of natural light from the sliding glass doors, the unit is decorated in a relaxing beach decor

*You have the whole detached mother in law cottage to yourself...bedroom/ living room, kitchenette, bathroom, and walk-in closet.

*During your stay just let me know when you want fresh linens, bedding, towels etc and we can switch them out any time. I wash all linens for the unit.

*It is not a full kitchen like what you would find in your home, more of a kitchenette... but there is a 2 burner unit to use as a stove top and a large toaster oven for baking and an apartment size refrigerator/freezer, there is also an air fryer, crockpot, inside electric grill, charcoal grill for outside, blender, toaster, coffee maker.... there are plates, bowls, cups, silverware and baking dishes.
