I was shocked to see a vacation rental without parking. I did not read the listing carefully enough. No parking was listed next to a red 2/4 in square if I wanted to read further. The listed laundry facilities were not available. The inside of the unit was clean - the courtyard was not weeded, and there was a broken concrete table just lying there unusable. The blocks of concrete to walk in on were poorly spaced making walking through the courtyard difficult. The unit was quiet and I slept well. The fixtures were good quality and a few needed repairs were fixed in a timely manner. I would not rent here again due to the lack of parking and because my friend in a wheelchair or walker could not get into my first floor unit. Managers were responsive but no one was on-site if I needed anything Iike an extra towel. Checkin and checkout were on-line but no one-site staff was there for my entire stay.
