Great location with panoramic ocean views on the Northwest part of the island. Perfect sunsets await at West Beach, a short 5 minute walk down the street. Beautiful Mansion beach is also within a short walking distance. This is an island oasis away from the hustle and bustle with central air conditioning. Bring your own towels/wash cloths. Strictly no pets or smoking allowed in or on premises.

Our family came to Block Island for a wedding. Finding a place for 7 adults isn’t always easy, but this house worked great for us. I wish I’d known before we left for vacation that we’d be asked to wash the linens and makeup the beds before we left so I could have brought our own. We were notified a few days before check-in, but our stay on the island was the end of a longer trip.

Thank you for your stay. Please understand that linen services on the island are very difficult to secure, therefore I ask tenants to please wash sheets and make beds before they leave. You could not complete this in time to make your scheduled morning ferry and I replied it was okay and took care of it as difficult as it is to do. Will provide more advanced notice as you indicated traveling from outside of the region.
