Enjoy luxury in this fully furnished condo with golf course views. This is a gated complex with golfing, a community pool, resistance pool, hot tub, exercise room, tennis, pickleball, restaurant and much more. Golf transfer fee of $572.45 which allows you to golf at the Championship Golf course on site (just pay nominal golf fee which includes cart & balls). Seasonal rent is $4,800 monthly, plus 13% sales & resort tax, $500 deposit, $250 cleaning fee and the golf transfer fee. Fabulous location near Lakewood Ranch, UTC and the new Costco. Get to the beach in less than 30 minutes. Minimum 3 month rental for 2025 season, otherwise 1 month minimum rental.
