The Veranda's are a unique condo design of 12 units per building. There is not just a covered lanai at the rear of the home but a spacious veranda at the front. There is also a detached 1 car garage adjacent to the property. This 'Dogwood' floor plan is on the ground floor and offers over 1400 sq ft of sumptuous living space.

The home, which was completed September 2013, has been stylishly and comfortably furnished throughout.

The Great room has a stunning cream leather sectional sofa that is complimented by light coordinated tables and accessories. Sink into this sofa and enjoy the 60' flat screen TV.

The dining area has a dark wood table with 6 matching chairs. For additional or optional indoor eating there is a nook area table and chairs next to a bay window offering wonderful views of the lakes and golf course.

The Kitchen is fully equipped and a pleasure to work in. Maple cabinetry, granite counters and stainless appliances add to the luxury experience. Glass top range, built in microwave, side by side refrigerator and dishwasher are all included.

The Master Bedroom is beautifully decorated and is fitted with a king size bed and light, bright, stylish furniture. There is also a 32' flat screen TV for early nights or lazy mornings.

There is a large walk-in closet and the en-suite has his & her vanities, shower & wc.

Bedroom 2 contains 2 XL twins that can be pushed together to make a 2nd king size bed if preferred, c/w coordinating matching furniture.

The den/bed 3 is set up with a leather sleeper sofa, matching furniture a another large flat screen TV..

The 'Veranda' units offer not just a rear lanai but also a large front lanai. Both have been arranged with wicker style furniture to be enjoyed.

Bookings of 1 month or longer in peak season include transfer of golf/club membership. It is not included in any other rates. Golf membership can be requested for bookings of 2 weeks or longer for which an additional fee of $250 will be added to cover costs made by the community.
