We have regular pest control to the interior and exterior of our home. This is Florida, so sometimes we still have unwanted visitors. We sometimes have lizards on the patio area. They are harmless and please don’t hurt them.

Our lawn care team is scheduled for Tuesdays, but it varies according to the weather.


There is a whole house water softener with UV light so you literally drink from any tap in the house. We also have chilled water from the dispenser inside the fridge. The ice maker is located in the bottom drawer of the freezer.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Load the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash receptacles are located on left side of house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No glass of any kind in the patio/pool area.
Please respect quiet hours between 10:00pm-7:00am.
THERE IS A $500 FINE FOR SMOKING, $25 fine for leaving food in the fridge, $25 fine for not taking trash to outside dumpster before check out.

Relaxing Stay

Looking for an easy getaway after being in Orlando for 5 days and this was perfect. Quiet neighborhood, clean house with a nice pool with easy access to the beach. The house has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. This was perfect for our family to find some quiet and relaxation. Would definitely book here again without hesitation.

Relaxing and Luxurious Family Getaway

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time at the Flamingo House. The host thought of everything a family could want and need for our stay. The house was extremely clean and organized. The beds were firm, but comfortable. The pool was a huge hit with the kids and the adults enjoyed sitting on the shaded lanai to watch the children play. The big screen tv was perfect for family movie nights. The beautiful kitchen was a dream to cook in. The host was extremely helpful and quickly responsive and made it clear that she was nearby if there was anything we needed. Several beaches were within 20 minutes drive away. We would highly recommend this property for a family getaway.

Flamingo House

My family and I stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed our stay, so much that it was hard to leave. The high end appliances, furnishings made it not only cozy but luxurious. The owners clearly put a lot of thought and time into this home. The property had everything we could possibly need to cook, and had all the dishes, beach towels you could need. The pool and screened in lanai was my favorite spot to enjoy spending time with my kiddos and enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings. The beds are comfy and the bathrooms are newly remodeled. The owner was very responsive and check in & out was a breeze. Great location and easy access to nearby beaches and waterfront restaurants. Cannot wait to come back!

My husband and I have lived in Palm Coast for the past 8 years, and St. Augustine previously for 12 years. We absolutely love it here and we hope that you will too! A few things we love about the area: the wildlife, Flagler Beach, and downtown St. Augustine.

We want to make you feel as comfortable as possible at our Airbnb and for you to have the best time!

What makes this property unique

We hope that you enjoy our newly remodeled home. We tried to create a spa like experience in the primary bathroom, with touches such as a rainfall shower head, bluetooth exhaust fan speaker, & LED mirrors.

Out on the patio we hope that you and your family can relax and have a good time. We have a propane grill, table top solo stove , and outdoor dining table with seating for 6.

We also have a fully stocked coffee bar, with a Nespresso machine and drip coffee maker. We have a variety of teas and hot chocolate as well.

We are about 15 minutes to Flagler Beach and 20 minutes to St. Augustine.
