This place is the perfect location for walking downtown! We took long walks everyday to down town and the waterfront. It's great not having to worried about parking either! The home is located centrally to the downtown area and there is even a trolley stop right at the end of the street! Great Weekend Getaway!

We enjoyed our stay, especially with the ease of check-in and check-out. We were able to contact our hosts with any questions and they were more than willing to help. Perfect place to stay when visiting St. Augustine, especially if you want to be located close to downtown! If you drive a larger vehicle, parking may be a little tight, but other than that it was lovely!

The Southern Charmer was a great place to stay for our week in St Augustine. The house is very clean and beautifully furnished. It is walkable to downtown and a short walk to the distillery, winery, and a trolly tour stop. (We bought our tour tickets in town the day before so we were able to ride the trolly into town the next day.) Lincolnville is not the nicest neighborhood in town but it is safe and we walked daily (the sidewalk around the lake is a very pleasant walk, it starts where Park Pl meets the lake). Our only issue was that it was chilly the week we were there so we ran the heat which was very uneven in the house... the heat set at 75 would be 75 degrees upstairs but 65 degrees downstairs.
