Great place and location!

It was a great experience our host went above and beyond to communicate and check in on us during our stay! It was in a great location close enough to the beach and downtown area! The house was super clean and the check in and out process was very smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend booking this house. We had an amazing time !

The LOCATION is the best part of this property! It is located close to St. George Street (just across the Lion's Bridge) with restaurants, shops and the historic Fort within a couple of miles. The beautiful, natural Anatasia beach is also easily accessible in the other direction and is an easy drive as well. The townhome is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood and is clean, convenient and comfortable. (We never heard the people next door). The kitchen is well-stocked, the beds and linens are better than most and the owner is very responsive. Having a washer/dryer is a nice amenity as well. Would stay here again to enjoy the privacy and space away from the crowds and noise of tourist hotels. It's a wonderful alternative and a great value. Highly recommended!

Cute place!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was beautiful—spacious, clean, and in a perfect location right between the beach and downtown St. Augustine. It had everything we needed, including beach gear, which was a nice bonus. The only issue we ran into was that the A/C took a while to cool down the condo since the vents were all closed when we arrived, which made it a bit uncomfortable at first. However, once it cooled down, we had a great night’s rest. Overall, we’d definitely stay here again!

We rented this property for our family with two small kids. It was clean, comfortable and came with anything you could need for the beach plus multiple games that my kids loved. Walkable to a bunch of restaurants and a short drive to the beach. Highly recommend!

Convenient neighborhood

Very convenient to everything on Anastasia Island. If you want to go into Old St. Augustine, just a quick walk across the bridge. Several restaurants and bars within a 5-minute walk. The house was very clean and had one bedroom downstairs and one bedroom upstairs, both with bathrooms. Two coffee makers, one regular and one small Keurig. Lots of parking. Owner was very responsive and kept in contact with us making sure we had everything we needed. Rental was off the main drag so it was quiet.
