This villa has all the elements to give you a fantastic vacation. With its 5 luxury bedrooms and 3,5 bathrooms this villa can offer a group of up to 10 people plenty of space and privacy.
This villa has a two-car garage, with an extra refrigerator. As you enter the house, you come into the large well-equipped kitchen. The dining room table can easily sit 10 people, and the well decorated living area offers a very comfy couch.
The elegant Master bedroom has a King, and the adjoining bathroom has a walk-In shower, toilet, a double vanity and a bathtub. You will also find a half bath on the first floor.

On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms, one bedroom with a King, two bedrooms have a Queen, and one has two Twins. All bedrooms, except for the Twin bedroom, have their own TV. There are two bathrooms on this floor, both with a large shower.

The villa has 2 patios (front and back), both with seating, so you can enjoy your morning coffee or your dinner at night.
This villa has free WIFI.
The community has a nice swimming pool (with a large deck and lounge chairs), which is a short walk from your villa at the end of the road toward the Homosassa River. And if you bring a boat (we can accommodate boats up to 26 ft), you can rent a boat slip.

Used as a home base for a family wedding - tons of space and plenty of amenities. We'll have to come back in the winter to see the Manatees and this would be a great to do that from.

Very nice, clean, and large 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home. Quiet community and great view of sun sets/rises. Worth the stay. Location was close to both Crystal River where we swam with Manatees and ate at several great seafood resturants. The owner was communicative and had made sure thoughtful amenities were included on our arrival. Checkin and out was simple. Would choose this home again!

Annual Scalloping Family Reunion

This 5 bedroom house was perfect for our group of 10. Plenty of room for us all to spread out. We appreciated the table big enough for us all to eat together. Kitchen & whole house was very well stocked. Extra fridge in garage was a plus. Easy, convenient boat launch & trailer parking right by the house. Absolutely no negatives at all. We loved it!

Great location for a Family stay

The house was clean and exactly what we needed for the seven of us. The location of the house was great because it was in the middle of all that Homosassa has to offer. The only issues that we found with the house were the garage door remote did not work, and the fridge lights flickered. However, these were only minor inconveniences and didn't detract from our stay. If you plan on staying for more than a couple of days, make sure you bring your own paper products and trash liners. All of this is in the welcome letter that is sent out before your stay. All in all this place was perfect for us, and we would not mind staying again in the future!

The property was exceptional. The owner was quick to respond and everything was in great order. The home had every amenity you could ever require, I even noticed a Julep strainer!!! This is the perfect place for a family vacation.

Exploring Homosassa

There were 2 families of 5, so we packed the house! Everything was as pictured. We were pleased with the property, boat access and ease, and that our dogs were able to join us. House was clean and had what we needed. The only thing that would have made our stay better was ceiling fans! There were none in the 4 upstairs bedrooms.

Nice place with a few hiccups

Smoke detector from the master bedroom had been removed prior to arrival and left with a note that it needed a new battery. We found onions in the ovens drawer. Found several little green stickers (beggar's lice) on the sheets. Needs a broom. That being said we would stay there again, had a great family vacation.

Thanksgiving week in Homosassa.

We enjoyed the house and area very much. The carpeted area in the house needs to be replaced, or some other type of flooring needs to be installed. I would rent this house again.

TradeWinds Homosassa Marina Resort is a very special place especially for boat lovers and fishermen. All the luxury villa's do have a boat slip for rent. Our property is on the Homosassa River with direct acces to the Golf of Mexico (app. 20 minutes).
