We are ideally situated in an established family neighborhood just minutes from Clearwater Beach, Honeymoon Island, Downtown Dunedin, and Downtown Safety Harbor. This great location is in the center it all with Beaches and Trails in every direction. The pinellas county trail is just a mile away with walking and biking trails that take you from Saint Petersburg beaches to tarpon springs. Our convenient Location gives you the best of Clearwaters best and the hospitality and southern charm of the small town of Safety Harbor.

Cleanliness is very important to us and we forbid smoking inside the home. To maintain the highest level of cleanliness for our guests we use professional cleaning services.
Our cleaners need sufficient time to clean in between stays, so please plan accordingly around the check in and checkout times.
Guests staying for any amount of time past 10 am, without prior written approval , will be charged an 300.00 late checkout fee.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Checkout time is by 10:00 AM promptly. This allows our cleaning crew to get to work. If you’re checking out on a Monday or a Thursday, Please roll trash cans to end of driveway for trash pickup.
Please be courteous and pickup behind your animals. Do not leave animal poo. A $25.00 per poo pile will be imposed. Do not leave cigarette butts. A $25.00 per butt fine will be imposed.

This was a great stay from the very nice and well maintained home to the great location to amenities, parks and several miles away from Clearwater Beach. The owners were very responsive to any questions or needs that I had. This home is very spacious, comfortable and quiet. Highly recommended and looking forward to staying here again in the next few months.

From the moment we walked through the door we could feel the love and warmth of this home embrace us. It was very nice and comfortable and perfect for families.
