Property description

California-style townhouse on a quiet street in one of Vancouver's most vibrant neighborhoods - all within walking distance to the beach. Enjoy the shops and award-winning restaurants on bustling West 4th Ave, relax at the beach or nearby Olympic-size pool, and access every amenity along West Broadway (organic markets, great schools, medical centres, yoga studios and cafes).

The townhouse interior has dark hardwood floors at the entrance and in the main living and dining area. Furnishings are modern/comfortable and the kitchen is brand new and very well appointed with excellent appliances, cooking tools, table wear, glassware and cutlery. The dining room is situated in a bright nook in the front window and will seat 6 comfortably. There is a large 'Smart TV' (Skype and internet capable) over a wood-burning fireplace and original artworks that create a warm and inviting place to relax. WIFI internet, telephone and premium cable are all included.

Upstairs, the bedrooms have comfortable queen-sized beds with premium quality linens. The master bedroom has a TV with DVD player. There is also an additional folding, twin sleeping mat (with linens) available. Both bathrooms have shower facilities and the master bathroom (recently renovated) has a very large, jacuzzi soaker-tub and heated marble flooring.

The private roof-top deck is equipped with a BBQ and furnishings - perfect for hot summer days and relaxing warm evenings.

Monthly lease also includes bi-monthly cleaning service, parking for one in the driveway and additional parking on the street. There is a two-month minimum lease requirement unless there is availability and you are booking last minute (within a week or two).

About the owner: Having purchased this home (adjacent to my own) in 2004, I have hosted many guests and met some wonderful people. Most have come to Vancouver to work in the film industry and as a member of IATSE 891, I am very familiar with the needs of people working 12 hour days who want to stay in a warm, well-designed, and comfortable 'home'!

Fantastic neighborhood. Quiet street but only a couple of blocks from every amenity. Wonderful roof deck with barbecue and outdoor furniture.
