Great communication with host leading up to and during the rental. Great location. Minutes from the beach. Walkable to an outdoor square with music, restaurants, and bars. Easy 20 minute drive to TPC. The property is older but well maintained. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Highly recommend it. We rented another house from the same host that is walkable. Made it a great experience for 12 golfers.

Loved this property

Stayed here for a long awaited family reunion. We loved the house, the location across from the beach and the pool area. It worked out great having two separate apartments for folks that needed more privacy (ie my parents). We would definitely stay here again if the stars aligned in the future.

Spring break vacation

Such a great location and house! The host was communicative and the check-in process and checkout process was super easy. The house was great for a big group and the location was so close to the beach and close to some really great restaurants and shops. Great overall experience.

Ideal for families traveling for an event

The property is perfect for families traveling for an event. The two apartments were perfect for married families, but we all loved the main house for being together. Only wished there was one bedroom on the first floor of the main house for older family who didn’t want to be alone in the apartment. Overall we loved it!

July 4th Staycation

We had 3 families that stayed here. This historic home was charming. The location was great! Within the main house, the kitchen, laundry room, living space and one bathroom were located on the first floor. There were 3 bedrooms upstairs with on suite bathrooms which worked out great for the 3 adult couples. The master had a king bed with a small pullout couch. The other 2 rooms had queen beds. There is a finished attic with 2 queen beds which is good for older children/teens as there is a spiral staircase which could be dangerous for small children. There are 2 one bedroom studio type living spaces with a full bath, kitchen, refrigerator and living space. These studio living spaces although attached to house were only accessible through an exterior door. One of these studio living spaces is upstairs and can be accessed directly out of the master bathroom as well as an exterior staircase. This studio had a queen bed. The other studio living space was downstairs and was larger. This had a king bed. All bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We had plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher soap, laundry soap for our 3 night stay. Kitchen had all your basic cooking needs. No large cooking pot. Bring Tupperware. The main house refrigerator and freezer have an ice machine and water dispenser. Each studio living space had a water filter pitcher. There were beach towels and chairs. Mattresses were comfortable and plenty of pillows.
