Incredible-Marietta 2 Bed, 1 Bath vacation rental with double Car Port, huge Drive way, covered shared Backyard in a safe neighbor hood, with easy access to W Napoleon, Causeway Blvd, I-10 and S I-10 Service Road! Few minutes to New Orleans City Park, Pontchartrain lake, Bourbon Street, Uptown, Down town, French quarters, Business District, Ochsner Hospital, East Jefferson Hospital and Air port.
This is a residential neighborhood and Jefferson Parish has strict rules to keep this area safe and quite Neighborhood.

A great location providing easy access to the city as well as upriver areas such as plantation houses, at a much more reasonable cost than staying in one of the more famous locales. Having lived in New Orleans before, I was looking for exactly that and found it in this property. I recommend it to the value-conscious traveler.

This was a great place to stay for our Christmas week visit. Host communication was good. The Metairie location made it easy to get around the metro area, and the neighborhood felt safe and comfortable for walking our dogs. Shopping and other conveniences were very close by. We really appreciated having TVs in every bedroom in addition to the living room. The furniture was older but still comfortable, and the home met our needs well. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Clean well kept. Stocked with everything possibly needed. Comfortable. Neighborhood is a lot of duplexes. I am from the area and knew what I was booking. Never felt unsafe or had cause to worry. Good location but not as good as what the pictures look like

Communication was great prior to arrival. My troubles were very similar to the other poor reviewers stay. I know that banana flies can be a problem in Nola but this house was infested with flies in all rooms and spiders on the floor. It is in dire need of pest control. There was no hot water the first night and the bathroom sink did not drain properly. If you are cool with glamping in Nola vs a comfy home this is your place.

Little to no hot water the first night. Advertised as having a shared yard but all the widows looking out to the yard were another property so we didn’t feel comfortable using it. Advertised as having cable which it did not. The biggest issue was the plumbing. On our second to last night everythjng backed up so we called for ass

It was fine but I probably would stay elsewhere next time. We wanted a fenced yard for our dogs, but the only access is from outside the front door, so we would've had to leash up anyway to go in. The house is also a duplex which we didn't realize, which is why the yard is shared. We didn't end up using the yard at all. The inside is plain with dated furniture, but fine. We really did not like the scented plug in - the smell was horribly overpowering the entire visit even though we unplugged it and hid it away immediately. We appreciated the few drinks stocked in the fridge and always appreciate a house that is willing to accommodate pets. It was fairly quiet at night while we were there. Overall, I didn't feel like the house quite met my expectations, but it could be fine for another group!
