Winnipesaukee Vacation Home For Entire Family W/ Private Beach And Dock

The best location on the lake! By boat, you are less than 30 minutes to each town dock—a 5-minute boat ride or 3 miles by car to weirs beach. The house has plenty of space for the entire family and some friends. With 68 feet of sandy beach, breath taken views, and a dock for your boat, the property will not disappoint. You are 12 minutes to Gunstock for skiing in the winter, or you can ride snowmobiles to Canada. The house has 3 bedrooms and a loft. House can accommodate 21 people in Beds. Kids are welcome—the house very close to the water, and limited steps to get to the water and beach. Enjoy sitting on the covered patio, just steps from the water. It also has a side yard great for lawn games and just hanging out.

Taken reservations for Fall/Winter/Spring. Must book at least two nights. I will allow Early check-in on Friday and Late check out on Sunday to get 3 full days.

Summer reservations are booked from Friday to Friday. We only book 2 summer weeks, so please act fast. We also allow weekday rental. Monday-Thursday (Friday) half the price.

What a great location right on the Lake yet close to anything you need in Gilford. Six kids loved the beach and dock so much, we decided to skip Santa’s Village a day and take the M/V Mount Washington from Weirs Beach to Wolfeboro instead. Plenty of space, bedding, etc. for 3 generations to stay there. Host was amazingly quick with responses to questions!

This is the fourth time we stayed at this home and we had a wonderful week. Things were clean and the property well kept. Also the owner was receptive and quick to respond to any questions we had. The vacation was perfect and the lake front beach was enjoyed by all!

Another great year!

This was our third time staying at this property and it was wonderful as always. There were plenty of beds for people to sleep comfortably. The beach was beautiful. The first floor having a bedroom , bathroom, and kitchen was great for our family member with mobility issues. The neighbors were also super nice. We will definitely be booking again.

Great stay with a beautiful view!

Perfect place for a large family get together!! Beautiful in the fall but would love to come back in the summer! Amazing spot on the lake! Spacious and clean! Michael was quick to respond and the home was equipped with everything we could have possibly needed!! We hope to be back again in the future!! :)

Great lake/beachfront location

We had a lovely stay here--the waterfront and sandy beach can't be beat, and it's super close to restaurants and the more busy towns of Gilford/Laconia/Meredith. The house is huge and has a quirky layout but worked well for our small family group of 5 for this visit. It was nice having access to beach toys for our kiddo as well as canoes/kayaks although we didn't know ahead of time to bring our own life jackets and the paddles/oars had already gotten packed away for the season for our September visit, so we probably would have used them more had we known to prepare! I noticed that some furniture had been changed since the photos in the listing but that didn't make a difference to us. The beds were quite comfortable with plenty of linens, towels, etc. Multiple king beds in one place is a huge plus. Larger groups may want to inquire for more details on sleeping arrangements since not every space is 100% private. And as is obvious through the description and pictures, there are lots of stairs between 4 floors and the beach, so that may be tougher for some older family members with limited mobility. Next time I might bring some room darkening window coverings or at least an eye mask so the kiddo doesn't wake up so early as some sleeping areas are very bright with skylights and huge windows with a beautiful view! Michael was super quick to respond to any messages and we appreciated flexibility on check in/out times. Hope to come back again! The location is a gem for sure.

Amazing Time On The Lake

Had a great week with the family. Kids swam daily at the private beach on our doorstep. Owner gave access to kayaks and all beach toys. Located close to restaurants and activities. There are 12 of us and the house was plenty big for all 3 families.

Can’t beat the private beach and location

This was our second time staying here and had another wonderful vacation. We spent every day on the private beach swimming, floating, and fishing and took short boat trips to Naswa Resort for dinner and Weirs Beach. Ended the nights with campfires. Great for all ages! The beds are comfortable and numerous, with a good amount of beds larger than twin. The 3rd floor living room has sky lights, so I just suggest eye masks if you sleep in that room. The two washer/dryers are life savers. For all the amenities, I feel it is reasonably priced. Thank you again for sharing this great property!

Great Place and Location

Phenomenal vacation stay! Very pleased with the rental and host was very responsive/accommodating. Would definitely book here again and recommend to others looking for a place to suit various age groups (Infant to Seniors). There is a 1st floor bedroom/minimal stairs to access lake), a sandy beach area with walk in lake access, which is a plus for families with young children, special needs, elderly. Exactly as advertised, and the host provided wonderful outdoor water activities for kids/teens. We were also able to dock our boat rental which was convenient. The water play pad, kids tube, and kid/adult kayaks/canoe made the trip! A first time experience that provided great memories for the kids. Everyone was able to have plenty of space and work remote without being disturbed. Neighbor was friendly and informative on local lake conditions and safety. The host is very responsive and kind with communication. Highly recommend!

Perfect weekend on the water with friends

We really enjoyed our stay. Being able to walk outside and go to the water on those 90 degree days were ideal. We also enjoyed being able to dock our boats and jet-ski with ease. The inside was great with most guests being able to stay in a bedroom and the three refrigerators and other kitchen amenities made it easy for us to cook and store all of our food and drinks.

Great for the whole family!

We stayed for a long weekend to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday. The whole family was able to stay and there was plenty of room for everyone. The location is perfect and we had a wonderful time playing on the beach and in the water. We couldn’t get over how big the house was and really enjoyed having multiple kitchens and bathrooms. We highly recommend this property!

Awesome Location!

Fantastic location! Nice beach and dock arrangement. Terrific lake access if you have a boat. We launched at Fay's marina and it was a short trip over to the house. This place is huge-tons of beds and everyone reported that their beds as comfortable. Parking was easy. We parked a boat trailer and three cars and had plenty of room.

Wonderful location and property

I'm telling you, the pictures don't do this house justice. This place was enormous!! We had 11 people with us and we all slept comfortably in our own beds. There were 4 floors. The downstairs had a bedroom which was perfect for my grandparents. Second floor had a HUGE family room, kitchen, 2 fridges, and a bedroom/bathroom. Third floor had living room with a bed and 2 futons, a kitchen, bathroom, and another bedroom with 3 beds. Loft (4th floor) had a bed. Every room was SO comfortable with Acs in each. There was so much room so everyone could have alone time if need be. The lake was beautiful and we loved swimming everyday and having a fire at night. Michael was VERY quick to answer any and all concerns. I would 100% return.

Another Amazing Stay On The Lake

Perfect place for adults and children. Plenty of room for our entire family and owners have done a great with the property. The living space is very comfortable. Easy access to the private beach and the dock was great for fishing for me and my grandsons. Very clean inside and out. Kids and adults spent lots of time in the water and no need to keep running out unless you want to. 3 generations of my family vacation here and can’t wait to come back.

Great family getaway!

This property was perfect for our family. Bottom floor had a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen which made things easier for the older members of our family who have trouble with stairs. Plenty of comfortable beds for the whole group and plenty of storage for food. There were games and puzzles to entertain us during our one rainy day. The other days were spent mostly outside on the beautiful beach using the many water/beach toys provided. The dock was in mint condition and very easy to pull our boat up to. Plenty of seating to accommodate everyone. We had someone who still had to remote work a couple days and the multi floor style of the home made it very easy to do so and have quiet while being able to enjoy the view while they worked. There are a lot of stairs, but the bathrooms on every level and the kitchens on both the first and second floors allowed us to not necessarily be constantly running up and down. We also had an 18 month old and appreciated that the stairs on the middle floor had doors to both sets that could be shut so we weren’t paranoid about him going on them. Very clean and comfortable and family friendly. For all the amenities the price was very reasonable. We would definitely book again.

Relaxing week. Perfect, sitting on the deck looking out at the lake. Short ride down to Weirs Beach for Bike Week events. Short ride to Gunstock Mtn., to see hill climb. Plenty of room for larger group. Thank you.
