Family and Pet-Friendly: The unfenced grassy yard is perfect for your kids and dogs to play, and after a fun day at the beach or in the pool, you can grill your favorite meal on the charcoal BBQ. This home welcomes up to two well-behaved dogs with prior approval and a $50/pet fee. (Please note the yard is only partially fenced, and dogs must be kept on the property.)

Pool heat can be added for an additional fee.
