Outdoor amenities include, a pool, 2 lounge cabanas, 4 lounge chairs, outdoor shower, Bbq, outdoor dining, fire pit, cabana bathroom and large seating area. You have no neighbors to the East or North side of the home making this a very quiet living space.
Indoor amenities include, first floor primary bedroom w/ fire place, ensuite, soaking tub and shower, first floor laundry/ mud room, built in Gaggenau espresso/ coffee machine, kitchen w/ dining for 9 as well as a custom breakfast nook. Down stairs there is a gym and movie room.
