Gorgeous waterfront property! Large bright home located on Little Pea Porridge Pond. Plenty to do all year round with magnificent scenery. You can be as busy or as quiet as you want. Private beach area!

* Beach area has a deck and use of canoe and kayaks is included in Spring, Summer and Fall rentals. Beach shed has life vests and some other floating devices as well. Open only from May-October.

*Close to: North Conway Village, Storyland, Santa's Village, Clarks Trading Post, Mt. Washington, Nestlenook Farm, Madison Boulder, the scenic Kancamagus Highway and so much more!

*Close to the following ski resorts: Mt. Cranmore, King Pine, Attitash and Loon Mountain.

Things to know about the house:

- The house sleeps 14 people total MAX.
- The Main house has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, sleeps 10.
- Lower Apartment, SEPARATE ENTRANCE NOT CONNECTED TO MAIN HOUSE, has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Sleeps an additional 4 people.
- Parking for 4 cars only. No street parking allowed, enforced by ticketing and towing.
- Non-smoking house!
- NO PETS
- NO PARTIES (If police are dispatched to property you will be fined.)
- No fireworks (Town Ordinance)
- Linens and towels not provided
- Fire pit usage on beach is seasonal (May -October), no exceptions. FIRE PERMIT IS REQUIRED (obtained through owner).
-Kayaks, Canoe and beach shed access only from May-October.
- The Town of Madison requires renters to pay $5 per trash bag going into the compactor, please bring cash or check to the transfer station. All recyclable items (plastic, glass, etc.) are at no cost and should be placed in the corresponding dump location.

NO PARTIES - If the police are called to the house the renter will be subject to fines and loss of damage deposit. Read Rental Agreement.

Madison NH Lake House

We had an excellent stay, the water was great with all the toys, floats and boats available for us to use. The location is so convenient and we loved the area. I would highly recommend this house for families that love the outdoors

My family and I enjoyed our stay! The location was great for the winter time activities around the area. We were able to utilize the pond for skating and ice fishing. We loved the space, hard to find a place with enough bedrooms for our family.

The house was dated and needed some TLC, but the views were fantastic! Close to Conway, restaurants, shopping. The owners were very responsive. Great for a large group who want to have their own areas.

Greatly enjoyed staying here. The views of fall colors seen across the glass lake were amazing. Questions were promptly answered within the hour. Lots of space for sleeping and grilling/cooking. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Spot not far from town

This is a beautiful little spot right on the water. Access to the beach area and boats made for a lovely stay. Great for all ages. They also have lots of sand toys for little ones. There are lots of stairs down to the beach area. Would recommend!

Fun and Relaxing family getaway

We had a wonderful time and Raul and Jennifer were fantastic and extremely responsive. We enjoyed all this house had to offer swimming, Kayaking, fishing and canoeing. Close to North Conway and there was a community market a mile down the road for quick things you may need to grab. This was the perfect getaway for our family and friends and we highly recommend it!!

Good weekend.

Great rental for a big group. Everything we need are provided for us. The location of the house on the pond is perfect to take the canoe/kayak out and ride down the narrow path into the bigger portion of the lake.

Perfect for an extended family!

Wonderful stay at Eidelweiss! We had a wonderful family vacation with our adult children and our grandchildren. Having beach access was wonderful! The beds were all comfortable and the house was as described. The owners were quick to respond to our questions and shared beach toys, boats, etc. Many memories were made!!

Fantastic getaway!

Great house.... only 3 of us, so definitely more room than we needed, but location was great! Owners were great and responded promptly before and during stay with questions. Canoe rides produced excellent fishing opportunities! Full afternoon sun, was great to come home to, especially after a morning hike. Would definitely come back!!!

Family Vacation

We had a great time at the house. There was plenty to do at the house and in the area. The paddle boat, canoe and kayak were a plus. There was plenty of room for all of us. Jennifer and Raul are excellent responsive hosts. Hope to stay with them again in the future.

Amazing Lake House!
