There’s no need to leave once you enter the sprawling grounds of Paradise Retreats Los Arboles Ranch. Located near the Hope Ranch neighborhood, this gated property provides all the relaxation and privacy you’ll need to enjoy with friends and family. The Ranch includes a Main Residence, detached Guest House, and Pool Cabana, all centered around a refreshing pool and hot tub. The fun doesn’t stop there, a bocce ball court, ping pong table, and volleyball/badminton court are all available within the property.

Inside, the Main House is separated into two wings, each containing two Bedrooms and a shared Bathroom. The Living Room includes a fireplace that can be enjoyed from the Dining Room, and the Kitchen is situated next to an outdoor Dining Area to accommodate large groups. The detached Guest House includes three Bedrooms, a Kitchen, two full Bathrooms, a Dining area, and Living Room. The Pool Cabana features retractable sliding doors, a large, leather sectional couch, a 70" flat-screen TV, and a wet bar with a refrigerator and sink.

Beautiful property that exceeded our expectations. We had no issues during our stay and the staff even shipped back an item we forgot, which was very helpful. The only downside was learning afterward that I could have booked directly through Paradise Retreats and avoided the Vrbo fees.

Wonderful Santa Barbara Home

The house and guest house were perfect. Clean, very well stocked with everything you needed. Bedrooms were all comfy cozy and the outside areas well thought out. The pool and hot tub were all amazing. We had a fabulous work retreat. We will be back again.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation on this property. There was everything we could imagine available to us... from spices, to towels and everything in between. Every single person in our party enjoyed their time on the property. There was also a lot to do only a short drive away. We hope to be back someday!

Girls golf trip

We were so happy with this house. Clean and spacious. It was so big and open. My friends said I hit a home run by finding and booking this house. Coffee shop at the corner was very convenient as well.

Our family came down to SB to celebrate several birthdays. The place was clean, quiet, lots of room to gather, nice pool, jacuzzi. A block from State Street, fairly easy access to downtown. We loved it!

Mother Daughter Getaway

This is the perfect house for the mother daughter getaway weekend. the house is in a perfect location - close enough to downtown and far enough from the nightlife. i can't wait to stay there again!

Great girls trip

This property was fantastic for a bigger group. So many rooms and variety of places to lounge and play games and be together as a group. The pool and hot tub were fantastic! We loved sitting by the fire in the evening. The location of this property is great to explore Santa Barbara as well as wineries towards Solvang. Great stay!

It’s a huge space , really 3 houses in one property, surrounding a pool, big enough for the largest group. Everyone loved the privacy and the luxurious feel of the property.

Great Quick Reunion Spot!

We rarely left the property (to get coffee down the street and to walk/run/ride bikes). Ate outside together, and PLENTY of separate and quiet space. We’ll be back!

Family girl get away

Wonderful time at this lovely house with 9 ladies from our family- 4 moms and 5 daughters. Plenty of room to spread out and be alone and plenty of gathering areas to eat , talk , swim and relax. We enjoyed the pool, spa, badminton, and bocce ball. We will make this an annual tradition and can’t wait to return to this perfect Santa Barbara location.

Family Getaway

We were 12 people (three generations) and the house, guesthouse, pool, yard, and parking worked wonderfully for our group. The beds are comfortable, and there are plenty of towels, dishes, toiletries, etc. which make a rental home stay easy. The location is great for visiting different parts of Santa Barbara, and the neighborhood itself is very nice for walking. Our six teenagers want to skip our next resort stay and return to this house- it was a resort all of our own!

Girls’ Weekend

Such a lovely property with space, amenities and relaxing things to do. We laugh because we didn’t discover and open the door to the largest master bedroom en suite until the day we left! But we had our own bedrooms and enjoyed the pool and hot tub and umbrella and pool lights and gas grill (owner came out himself to make it work). One guest she can now accept nothing less from here on out! 🤭

Perfect for big family vacation

The property is exactly as shown in pictures. It was clean and well decorated and the pool area was perfect for our large group to hangout, sit by the pool, play cornhole and grill. But what makes this property stand out for me is how well appointed the kitchens were. We had a group of 8 people and chose to cook a few of the nights. It was amazing to have enough plates, glasses etc. for all of us to eat. On top of that the house had serving platters, salad bowls, grilling tools, spices, etc that made cooking so easy and convenient. The pool and hot tub were always warm and easy to use. Overall, they thought of everything to make this the best and easiest stay so we were able to relax together and not worry about the small stuff!

Celebrating 25 Years Book Group

We loved the ample seating arrangements: breakfast in the main house and lunch in the middle house or around the pool. We had three friends who got a one-day stomach virus at different times who drank coffee made with the tap water. We felt most comfortable drinking bottled-water, because we were unsure about the tap water or the filter-cleaning process on the filtered water. The house and location are great. We went on a whale trip, a trip to Solvang, and a docent tour of Lotusland. The weather was close to perfect. Java Junction is very convenient, delicious food, and very busy. We are thinking about coming again in the future. Thank you for your personal introduction to the house and the quick turnaround for a highly-sought home.

Perfect for family reunions

Our family of multiple generations spent four wonderful days at this property. Its beautifully appointed bedrooms and numerous social areas made it feel like a resort stay. Our family really enjoyed the pool gazebo/cabana during the day and the pool house entertainment room in the evenings. Our family has held reunions at beach or wine country rentals for several years now and must say that the guest cottage kitchen (did not use the main kitchen) is by far the cleanest and best organized we’ve had. Also, the multiple light switches are labeled, thank you!! One note: wheelchair users have access to the guest house (as large as the main house) and the pool house entertainment room - but not the main house. We gave 5 stars to accuracy (instead of 4) because our family managed okay with the actual accessible areas and do not want other wheelchair users to be excluded from this listing. When we had questions, the property manager was very quick to respond, thank you. Highly recommend.

What a beautiful place! For a group of friends, this place feels perfect - the pool, hot tub, the little badminton court, the ample outside seating is all quite perfect. Rooms were clean, the beds very comfortable.If there was one thing to note, it's that the equipment and building is a little older - we couldn't quite get the BBQ to work, for instance - but I think the place is still amazing value. Would come back any time!

It was exactly how it looked but much, much more. Everything was top quality from the bedrooms to the dishware. There were abundant beach towels for the pool and the fire pit was a favorite gathering place on the cool mornings and evenings. We had an issue with the hot tub but the owner addressed it and we were compensated for it. My family would most certainly come back again.
