One hundred steps from the beach, this stunning townhome offers the perfect blend of luxury and comfort, featuring 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, 1 attached tuck-under garage (or yoga studio or office), plus one assigned parking spot. All three bedrooms are on one level. Fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, Wi-Fi, Cable, Water and Waste removal all included. Beach chairs, umbrellas, a bicycle and paddle board too :) !

We are a family of four from Minnesota. We love the Redington Shores community, beach, restaurants and neighbors in Sunset Reef. When we aren't enjoying the Beach House, it's available for others to rent.

Why they chose this property

Our neighbors are friendly and helpful. If you leave your beach umbrella up when headed to the pool, don't be surprised if a neighbor helps out by lowering it out of the wind. The Township does not allow weekly rentals, and we appreciate vibe as a result.

What makes this property unique

We are located 100 steps from the beach, and there's no need to cross Gulf Boulevard. The attached garage is a great place to store beach items or bicycles. Some neighbors park their cars in the garage, but we have never needed to.
