Direct beachfront! A luxurious three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo with absolutely captivating views. This third-floor corner unit faces the beach directly, ensuring constant ocean breezes and sweeping, unobstructed vistas of the magnificent Redington Shores coastline. There are two balconies, with the main oversized one accessible from the living area and master bedroom so you can fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the waves and wake up to the picturesque beach every morning. Tasteful beach decor throughout with many upgrades, and fully stocked with everything you need for your home away from home.

The main balcony is massive, with an outdoor dining table for 4 plus extremely comfortable cushioned outdoor sofa and chaise lounges.

La Vistana is an upscale, gated condominium complex featuring a pristine heated pool on the beachside, as well as two hot tubs. Two spacious decks are equipped with gas grills, sinks, ample tables, umbrellas, and chairs. The 42-unit building has two elevators, and a gym.

The one-month minimum rental policy attracts longer-term, well-behaved guests and residents, and there is plenty of parking available, including one assigned space and extra guest parking.

The building is dog-friendly, allowing up to two dogs under 25 pounds each, and there's even a grassy area up front. A $250 pet fee applies.

The condo features an expansive kitchen with granite countertops with dining at the 4 seats at the bar. It comes fully stocked with all the necessary cooking and dining utensils. The open floor plan leads to the massive living room with seating for 7. Note there is no dining table inside, but the owners will rent a dining set upon request to be delivered and picked up during your stay. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, walk in closet, a 50" TV, and sliders opening onto the expansive balcony. The master bathroom is a true luxury, featuring double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a corner jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed, a private bathroom, a TV. The third bedroom features a queen bed, and the third full bathroom is located in the hall, complete with a walk-in shower. A separate laundry room with extra storage is also in the hall.

We love for our guests to feel cared for and breeze into the condo without a care in the world. Everything you need for your stay is provided, including a fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, all linens (including beach towels and extra sheets), Wi-Fi. For the beach, we provide beach chairs, umbrella, beach wagon.

Situated between Indian Rocks Beach and Madeira Beach, Redington Shores offers a blend of residential homes and condominiums, providing a quieter alternative to the bustling Clearwater Beach while still retaining its charm and access to restaurants and shops. La Vistana is within walking distance of six restaurants, a seafood market, bike and paddleboard rentals, and a convenience store. The Tampa International Airport is a convenient 35-minute drive away, and just five minutes south, you'll find John’s Pass and Boardwalk, offering more dining options, shops, fishing charters, and jet ski rentals.

1 month minimum. In some cases, three-week rentals may be possible if there are no other guests booked within the same month, so feel free to inquire about availability. Building application required, we pay the app fee.
