The Sanctuary Co.'s charming 1 bed 1 bath loft in Johnson City is the perfect getaway for those looking to immerse themselves in the vibrant downtown atmosphere. Just steps away from an array of coffee shops, restaurants, parks, and more, this loft offers a unique blend of comfort and convenience. With beautifully functional details throughout, it's a gem that stands out in the heart of the city.
While the energy of downtown brings excitement, it also means that the loft may be noisier than a typical suburban home. If you thrive in a lively environment, this place is for you. Located between Main Street and the downtown square parking lot, you will find everything you need right at your fingertips.

Guest Access:
Getting to our place is super easy, and downtown JC has a ton of free parking! The Downtown Square Lot next to our place is usually a safe bet from morning till late afternoon, but right across the street from that is a huge lot that has options pretty much any time of day or night. This apartment does not come with a designated parking spot, as all parking is first-come-first-serve. Our place is a short walk from any of the downtown lots.
The keypad on our doors makes it super convenient to come and go as you please while you explore the city. We will send the access code in your check-in instructions.
The Neighborhood:
Since our place is in the heart of downtown, you'll definitely feel like you're close to everything! But of course, that also means you might hear some noise from trains and nightlife. We think it's just part of the vibe and embrace it!
Getting Around:
Effortlessly traverse downtown Johnson City and its surroundings by strolling through local attractions and relying on the city's pedestrian-friendly infrastructure. For longer distances, opt for the convenience and flexibility of a car, making it easy to explore the area at your own pace. Our guests can walk to some of the best restaurants in the region and Pierre's Marketplace (Local Grocery Store) is right across the street! Walk to parks, breweries, shops, restaurants, and more!

Guests have private access, via a code, to the building.
We have stringent and intentional cleaning methods that take CDC recommendations and more into consideration as we prepare each of our homes for guests to stay. Our aim is to provide a home away from home experience for every guest, family, or group that stays with us.
We respond to our guests the quickest via messages! We have a team of people ready to assist you with any questions you have! We want each of our guests to feel seen & heard by us!

PET INFORMATION:
While we welcome pets in our homes, we do charge a flat fee to cover the extra cleaning costs and resources needed to ensure the removal of pet hair and dander to the best of our ability and that the space is thoroughly cleaned for future guests. We strive to offer a welcoming environment for everyone, including those with pets, and this fee helps us keep our properties in excellent condition. We kindly ask that pets be kept off of furniture, including beds. Any evidence of pets on furniture may result in additional fines.
We allow a maximum of two (2) pets/service animals, and NO cats or birds, in our homes. All pets must be crate-trained and house-broken. We pride ourselves on impeccable cleanliness and this helps us maintain our standard for future travelers.
