Built in 2015, this quintessential mountain retreat sits high above Black Mountain and offers breathtaking long-range views of the town below and the surrounding Blue Ridge Mountains. Whether sipping coffee by the outdoor gas fireplace on the upper deck or soaking in the private indoor hot tub, this home invites you to relax in all seasons. After a day of exploring charming downtown Black Mountain or nearby Asheville, return to this peaceful haven and unwind with your favorite game, show, or spa soak.

About the Home
• Open-concept kitchen and living room with drip-style coffee maker, island seating for 4, gas fireplace, and TV
• Main level deck with cozy seating, a Blackstone gas griddle, and a gas log fireplace
• Lower-level deck with outdoor dining, swinging chair, and hammock
• Indoor hot tub, with access to the lower-level deck, and a nearby TV room with seating

Important to Note: While the home is equipped with an outdoor dining area and indoor island seating in the kitchen, it does not have an indoor dining area. We recommend arriving for the first time during daylight hours. The driveway is paved and short, but very steep when turning from the community road onto the driveway. AWD/4WD is not required, but please use caution. This home has a Ring doorbell camera. We love animals, but NO pets at this home, please.

The view was awesome with outdoor fireplace to take the chill of. Relaxing doesn’t begin to cover it.

Weekend getaway

Perfect location for a weekend getaway. Home was immaculate with all the necessities of home plus a few extra luxuries. The home was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wow. Just wow.

My wife and I stayed here for 5 days and we loved every minute of it. The home is well appointed with everything you may need. There is a welcome kit that includes all you need to get started and enjoy a few days. The views are second to none and the management company is responsive and helpful. Book with confidence!!

Here is what we liked. The mountain view’s were beautiful and the porch area was nice and comfortable. What we didn’t like was no dining area. The kitchen bar stools were very small and uncomfortable. The washer/dryer is attached to the living room and master bedroom and so it gets noisy in those areas. The hot tub was broken the whole time we were there and we had to add water to it every day and so it never really got that warm it was one of the main reasons we chose this location.The driveway is crazy crazy steep and you really need a truck to access.Overall we were disappointed for the price we paid.

While we're pleased to hear you enjoyed the beautiful mountain views and found the porch area comfortable, we're truly sorry to hear that several aspects of your stay didn’t meet expectations, including the unforeseen issue with the hot tub. Our maintenance team has since remedied the issue to ensure use for future stays. Your feedback regarding the kitchen seating and laundry noise is also appreciated. We'll review these concerns to see where improvements can be made. Regarding the driveway, we definitely recommend arriving for the first time during daylight hours. The driveway is paved and short, but it is also very steep. Although not required, AWD/4WD is recommended, and guests are encouraged to use caution. We value your input, and we hope you'll consider staying with us again in the future so we can provide you with an exceptional getaway from start to finish!
