This two-bedroom condo includes a Bonus Suite (labeled on VRBO as Bedroom 3) that can be used as an additional Den, Dining Room, Office or Bedroom. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from your private balcony. Relax and wind down at the end of your day listening to the surf breaking against the shore.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Put TV remotes on coffee tables or nightstands. Return ceiling fan remotes to wall mount and heater remote to top of heater. Throw trash in waste baskets or take to dumpster (lock code is 112).
Turn off TVs, lights, ceiling fans, heaters, fireplace, and coffee makers. Leave used towels in bathrooms and beach towels in laundry room. Leave beds unmade. Do not strip bedding.
If used, clean pack 'n play and highchair and leave assembled. Leave garage door opener on kitchen table. Close windows, lock slider, return sticks to front windows and slider. Lock door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The property is wonderful - spacious and includes all the comforts of home to make your beach vacation enjoyable. It's a short walk from the beach and close to many great locations in the area (e.g, Oceanside Pier, Carlsbad, Old San Diego, Mission San Luis Rey). Annette was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Very well stocked and appointed rental. This was the first time we’d stayed at a short term rental property but we were pleasantly surprised at how well it was prepared. Literally a home away from home. We were here with the grand kids and had a 2, 9 & 14yo and there was plenty of room for everyone. The location was also close to plenty of attractions and the beach.

We had a wonderful stay in Oceanside for our daughter’s graduation weekend! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for such a special family celebration. The location was great, with easy access to the 5, restaurants, the beach, and everything around North County. The space itself was well-maintained and welcoming, making it easy for everyone to relax between graduation events. Communication from the host was excellent throughout the stay, and check-in/check-out was simple and stress-free. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for families visiting the area!

Perfect place for our baseball tournament and family vacation. Great location, all the necessities, close to the beach and pier and Carlsbad as well. The porch is excellent for coffee in the AM and wine in the PM! Comfortable and cozy and perfect space for our family of 4. We loved it.

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable with a lot of nice features. We especially liked the step stool and the smaller toilet seat for toddlers. The shore is close by to put your feet in and watch the waves, but a good traditional beach for a beach day is more of a drive away. The beds are very comfy and bathrooms felt resort-like.

Graduation

I took my granddaughter and a couple of her friends that graduated from high school. We had a very fun and relaxing time during the Fourth of July July.

Why they chose this property

This property is two hundred steps from the Ocean, and within walking distance to beaches, the longest pier in Southern California, restaurants, coffee houses, Thursday Farmer's Market and Sunset Market. You can watch the sunset over the ocean and relax at the end of your day listening to the surf break against the shore.

We are less than a mile from the Coast Highway Transit Center. The Transit Center provides access to Oceanside's major transportation hub with light rail lines including the Coaster traveling to San Diego, Metrolink traveling to Los Angeles, Amtrak traveling south to San Diego and north to San Clamente, Irvine, Los Angeles, San Bernardino County and Northern California. The Sprinter is a light rail line train system between Oceanside and Escondido.
