Other Things to Note
• Booking Requirements: You must be at least 25 years old to book. Please provide a copy of your driver's license and sign our rental agreement to confirm your reservation.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations require a 60-day written email notice to customersupport@mbvacationhomerentals.com. All cancellations are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. If the unit is re-rented, a refund will be issued minus the cancellation fee and other fees.
• Restrictions: No pets, no motorcycles, no trailers, no oversized trucks, and no house parties. No groups under 25 years of age. No locals allowed.
• Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance as cancellations within 30 days of arrival will forfeit all monies paid.
