great location but there were a few things that were surprising - the oven had tape on it , the toilet was slow to fill, and the yard was a little challenging for the dogs - definitely could not let them off leash however it was all about location location location and in that way it was perfect.

Great Location right across the street from 2 waterfront restaurants and Mozart's Coffee Shop. Got morning coffee at Mozart's every morning, loved the Hula Hut and Quince Lakehouse. Great outdoor deck and live music every night we were there.

The duplex was spotless. Conveniently located across the street from a public boat dock, Quince restaurant, Mozart coffee shop. Would recommend both! Minutes to HEB, CVS and more. The main downside was the driveway which was hard to get in and out of because of traffic.
