RELAX AND ENJOY THE VIEW! Elevated cottage in wooded area with great views of lagoon and golf course. Watch fish jumping, a variety of island birds, and alligators in their natural habitat from the comfort and safety of the beautiful sun room! Also features sundeck, fireplace, Wireless Internet, DVD/VCR, and cable TV. The square footage of this house is 1600.

2017 Wild Dunes Sportscard available, which allows access to Fitness Center, Tennis Courts, Children's Programs, Palm Cove, Swim Center Pool (Grand Pavilion Pool only after 4pm), for additional fees. NO SMOKING. NO PETS exception ONLY for Service Animals. Pet friendly with 1 SMALL dog ($200 non refundable fee) for monthly rentals ONLY. Motor homes, trailers, boats and motorcycles are not allowed in Wild Dunes Resort.

Property was located in private location overlooking pond and tee box. The home was furnished with reasonably comfortable furniture, but kitchen dishes and cookware looked to be from estate sale. Some of the items in drawers and cabinets were dirty and greasy.

We loved the location and layout of house. We wish the bedrooms had the same floors as the kitchen and living room as the carpet appeared dirty. With the exception of the carpet, we loved the house and porch.

Clean, nice, comfortable home in nice, quiet neighborhood. The key did not work on the deadbolt, but it worked on the knob lock. Other than that - it was a great house - enjoyed the porch immensely. I would definitely rent this house again and would recommend it to anyone. The Island Rental team was great - we got to check in after hours and that went smoothly. Really loved it! :) :)

We stayed in a house at 19 Twin Oaks Lane within Wild Dunes Resort. The house has a well stocked kitchen. The house is a short walk to the beach and has access to three swimming pools which is an extra bonus.

The unit beside us (#18) had a maintenance/construction crew staying on the property that made for a very noisy and not so peaceful stay. Sawing, hammering, nail guns, pressure washing, etc. going from 8 AM - 5 PM each day. It looks like #18 and #19 are both managed by Island Realty so you may want to ask if remodeling is still on-going at #18 before booking (I wish we could have had a heads up to avoid). Ants were found daily in the kitchen and bathroom (way more than would be anticipated from a sub-tropical location). A couple other insects found in dining room like silverfish. Most of the knobs to open windows on sunroom are broken. Exterior could use a cleaning to remove cobwebs, dirt, pollen. Ceiling fan in master room doesn't work. Disposal sounds like it's not working. Wifi slow or not working at times. Wild Dunes is beautiful and a wonderful area. I think this rental just needs a little attention to get up to par. We had 2 young children with us so it was more beneficial to stay at the property as-is vs. attempting to find a replacement mid stay.
