It offers convenient access to miles of pristine beaches and bike paths, along with renowned golf and tennis facilities. Located approximately 2 blocks from a beach access path (two paths situated between 55th Avenue and 57th Avenue, must cross Palm Blvd), this cottage is an ideal getaway for relaxation near the Atlantic Ocean.
