GENERAL: Free high speed WiFi, keyless entry, central A/C and heating, washer/dryer, starter laundry detergent, towels/linens, hair dryer, complimentary toiletries, trash bags/paper towels, private fenced in dog run

The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and audio when activated by motion

- NOTE: This multi-level home requires using an exterior staircase to enter. While there is a bathroom on the main level, interior stairs are required to access the bedrooms and bathrooms located on the upper and lower levels

- NOTE: The boat slip is available for guest use.

Layton and his group were absolutely fantastic guests! From the start, communication with Layton was prompt, polite, and completely hassle-free. They treated the property with a lot of respect, followed all of our checkout procedures perfectly, and even went out of their way to proactively clean up a minor spill before leaving. They truly treated the home as if it were their own. I highly recommend Layton to any VRBO host and would gladly welcome his group back anytime!

This house is at a great location near power line cove. Very clean and beautiful property. Parking is a bit tricky but manageable and lots of steps. It is great for large groups. Overall loved the place and would book again.
