This 1-bedroom, one room, walk-up studio condo is perfect for your escape to Northern Michigan and all it has to offer year-round. Nestled in a nature-lover's paradise, this fabulous property offers a cozy and convenient retreat for guests in any season. Close to Traverse City, Torch Lake, Gaylord, and Charlevoix.

The condo features a total remodel in 2024 with a comfortable queen bed, a twin over full bunk-bed, and updated floors and furniture. With amenities like AC, heating, iron, coffee, dining table, WiFi, games, plates, dishes, utensils, kitchenette sink, microwave, mini fridge, dish sink. We had to remove our cooktop so there is a cutting board there now until we determine if we can add something else. There is a charcoal park style grill outside. TV with cable, on-site seasonal outdoor pool with pool towels and changing rooms, and access to Bellaire Private Beach Club only 2-3 miles away. You'll have everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Experience what the Bellaire area has to offer with a stay at our efficiency condo.

This place was perfect for a quick, easy weekend trip away for my husband and I for our one-year wedding anniversary. It was really close to downtown Bellaire so grabbing a drink and/or bite was super easy to do. It also wasn't a far drive to see some beautiful fall foliage. We definitely would stay again!

Perfect For Us!

This right-sized-for-us location was a perfect home base for our travels and activities around the area. From golf to wine-tasting to kayaking to sightseeing to aurora chasing, we had a GREAT time during and relaxed comfortably in between. Schedules permitting, we'll certainly be back!

Small Family Ski Condo

This condo is perfect for a family with small children looking to ski for a few days. It is conveniently located and the beds are very comfortable. To make the stay even more comfortable, I would recommend a larger coffee pot, a toaster, a more powerful microwave, a fan, and another rack or two of some kind to help ski stuff dry out by the heater (mittens, boots, etc).

Quick weekends getaway

A nice cozy place to stay for a few nights. We had been going to the area for many years and had a fun time connecting with the merchants in town and touring the hilltop area where this place was located. We also found the Jordan Pathway hiking trail system again. The place was also located next to the pool where our kids learned to swim :-)! Thanks again!

Adorible vacation rental

The rental was everything pictured and so much more. I most certainly over packed as the host had everything we could have possibly needed for our stay. The day before arrival, I realized I had made a mistake in booking and our arrival was a day earlier than I had planned and also a day shorter. I contacted the host and she very quickly responded and kindly corrected the days so that our trip was not cut short! We will most definitely return and will recommend this rental to others!
