Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place used and or wet towels in tub. Rinse and leave dirty dishes in sink, please leave no food on them. Take all trash out, Give heads up on any broken, damage or lost items.
Leave set of keys in condo where found when checked in, lock up and replace keys on outdoor lock box
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
GUEST who signs VRBO has to be present entire booking. NO parties NO SMOKING/ VAPING Report damages. Any exceeding security deposit paid by Guests.
Any possessions left in unit will be removed when cleaners arrive. Guest will pay $75. If areas of unit are overly dirty, guest will incur extra fees
Hawaii is tropical, this brings some insects. Insects cannot be 100-% controlled in Hawaii.. NO refunds due to insects. If you see an insect, report.

Why they chose this property

Walk right out into the lagoon where you are able to see turtles daily. Often there will be a seal or two in the beach. Enjoy watching the dolphin jump and play. During whale season, sit in the comfort of the condo and enjoy whales breaching!
