My wife and I are physicians in the Gainesville, GA area who are both from Georgia originally. During COVID, we noticed that a lot of the medical staff taking care of the patients at Northeast GA Medical Center were travelers. Since many of these professionals were staying at locations that were less than ideal, we set out to provide the best possible housing experience for the hard-working men and women taking care of the patients of Gainesville. We have since grown, and now we are able to offer fully-furnished, temporary housing to anyone passing through Gainesville including those awaiting the sale, purchase, or repair of a home, to students or retirees, or the hard-working nurse after an ICU shift. We are honored to get to serve all of our residents.

This quiet neighborhood is only a 5 minute drive to the staff parking lot at NMGC and is a short drive from the Gainesville City Square. You'll have quick access to the I-985 which can take you north to the Appalachian mountains or south to Atlanta, about an hour away. Lake Lanier surrounds Gainesville, so there are plenty of Lake Life activities nearby. You will be just minutes from the best restaurants in Gainesville.

We've been hosting traveling professionals for over 4 years, and we picked this property specifically to accommodate them. Our goal is that this home away from home will help you to be productive, to rest and to be restored while you are in Gainesville.
It is important to our guests that they get a good night's (or day's) sleep, so there are luxurious Queen-sized beds in every bedroom with soft, cotton linens. Blinds and blackout curtains are there to keep out the light, allowing for better sleep.
There is a full kitchen with full-sized refrigerator/freezer, oven, 4-top stove, microwave and dishwasher. There are also a washer and dryer in the unit.
There is a pool in the condominium complex open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
