Clean and Beautiful

The condo was very clean and in a nice location on the island. It was right next to one of the pools, the restaurant, and the spa. We had a great time.

The place was beautiful! It was very clean. I thought, though, that we woukd be able to see the lake from the balcony more, but the trees blocked the lake. Overall, it was great! We would go back!

The villa was 85 degrees when we got there. We turned it down to 75 and it never cooled down. I was able to get assistance from the host to turn the unit off and back on. This did work. In the morning, we were not able to brew coffee. The coffee maker seemed to turn on and work it just wouldn’t brew. This was frustration since the on site restaurant happened to be closed for the weekend because of AC issues. We had to drive 10-15min for coffee. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We had plenty of amenities including soft towels. The parking was a bit confusing because the number sequence didn’t make sense. There was a map of the villa located at the elevator which had the room numbers but it was practically impossible to read. The map also didn’t include the restaurant location or the fact that the building had three separate pools. I’m not sure if you could only access the pool closest to your room but it would have been nice to know that.
