This property is an adorable beach cottage!! It was well stocked, easy to access, and the host is amazing!!! She openly communicates and even helped me when I left something behind so I could go and grab it!! I couldn’t recommend it more!!

Beach Time!

I visited with family and wanted to stay close to the beach. As it states, it’s literally steps from the sand! The garage was stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and surf boards. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay close to the beautiful beaches of Balboa. The was unit was perfect and Jennifer was very communicative and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Would stay again!

Quaint, clean, and steps to the beach! What more could you ask for?! With the ability to sleep four (and even a fifth in the living room), this property is excellent for families with small children. Well-equipped and close to amenities (beyond the beach), this unit is about as good as you can get for the price in Newport Beach! The icing on the top: a dedicated parking spot and beach toys/goodies for the entire family. As the title suggests, I would stay in this unit next time we head to Orange County, CA!
