The home features an open living room with ample space and comfy seating, a kitchen island with seating for up to 5 people, a dining area with seating for up to 8 people, powder room, mudroom and whitewashed hardwood floors. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and two full baths with ample vanity storage. The primary suite features a king sized bed, large closet, walk in closet with laundry and an ensuite full bathroom with walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom features a king sized bed and large closet. The 3rd bedroom features 2 twin beds and a twin XL over queen bunk bed with in-room TV and two large closets. This room also has a stored away queen sized platform air mattress that can be used for additional guests. All bedrooms are outfitted with 100% cotton sheets and towels. The outdoor backyard features an outdoor deck with table and umbrella with seating for 6, gas BBQ grill, wood burning fire pit and 4 comfortable adirondack chairs with a beautiful stone wall and mature trees to serve as the perfect evening backdrop. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and impeccably clean home. Everything was exactly as described, and you can really tell how much care Gerry and Marisa put into maintaining the space—it was comfortable, welcoming, and felt like a true home away from home.Gerry and Marisa were fantastic hosts with great communication from start to finish. Why they chose this property

We love this location because it is so close to Third Beach, which has always been a favorite of ours. We fell in love with the stone wall immediately and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

What makes this property unique

Everything has been fully renovated in this house and all of the furnishings are new. The large backyard makes outdoor gatherings easy and the mature trees and stone wall are a beautiful backdrop to a BBQ!
