Perfect for the large group we had for the family wedding. The location couldn’t be more convenient. The rooms were spacious including all the bathrooms. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. Definitely recommend!

Great location easy walk to restaurants and shops! Nice view from top floor into harbor. The apartment had lower shutters but, no shades on top. And easy fix for a great property!

Superb! Location cannot be beat. Across the street from Bannister's Wharf. The house looks even better than the pictures. The bar room was so much fun. The view from the deck is wonderful. It exceeds every expectation one could have. If you're a large group it would be a huge mistake to not stay with Gabriel at this house.

Wonderful house. Lots of room for our big group. Only thing to note is that the main kitchen/living space is on the 3rd floor. Totally fine for us (and we loved the view) but just so people know who have trouble with stairs.

Fabulous location in downtown Newport! The house is large and clean, with views to the harbor and the water. We stayed for 5 nights during the folk festival and it couldn't have been better.

The house was spacious and beautiful. The bar room on the bottom floor is a great place to host a gathering and the location is central to all the shops, restaurants and attractions.

The house is situated perfectly off the main drag in Newport. Easy to walk to the shops, restaurants, bars, beaches, mansions, and anywhere else you desire. The house was enormous with great views of the harbor.

You’ll wish you lived there…

Beautiful and spacious house with a relaxing view of the harbor from the top floor. The house is well appointed and more spacious than appeared in the photos. It is also in an amazing location that permits walking to the main drag with restaurants, bars and shops easily accessible.

Amazing House and Location!

Gabriel was very helpful from the check-in and arrival process and any needs during our stay (although we didn't need anything). Such a great location in the heart of Newport, can walk everywhere, highly recommend. The house itself is well kept, very spacious, and the living room is a great layout for entertaining large groups. Would stay here again!

Wonderful property!

We had a girls weekend in Newport and were so glad we stayed here! It is a beautiful home, with amazing views of the water. The house wad very clean and had all the things we could have needed. Everything is in walking distance as well which made the whole weekend so easy to plan.
